Forklift Operator / Material Handler – 2nd, B, 2B & 3rd Shift

Location: Springfield, Ohio

Starting Pay:$20.33 per hour + $0.30 shift differential

Job Type: Full-Time

Overtime: Overtime opportunities available

Multiple Shifts Available

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

B Shift: Sunday–Wednesday | 6:00 PM–4:30 AM

2B Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 6:00 PM–2:30 AM

3rd Shift: Monday–Friday | 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

Overtime and additional hours may be required as needed.

What You'll Do

You will help keep production running efficiently by safely moving materials and products throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Deliver materials and components to production lines.
• Transport finished goods to designated storage and shipping areas.
• Remove empty containers from production areas.
• Verify labels, part numbers, and material information.
• Maintain accurate material movement and inventory information.
• Keep production areas organized and supplied.
• Communicate material shortages, concerns, or other issues to supervisors.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and work instructions.
• Work closely with production and material handling teams.
• Assist with other material handling responsibilities as needed.

• Ability to successfully complete Topre America's written and hands-on forklift certification testing.

• Attention to detail when verifying labels, part numbers, and material information.

Previous Experience Is a Plus!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely operate a forklift for extended periods.
