Regulatory Compliance is a management and consulting firm specializing in substance abuse, mental health, and co-occurring treatment facilities across the northeastern corridor of the United States. We partner with treatment providers to deliver ethical, evidence-based, person-centered care, backed by consultants with decades of hands-on industry experience.

We are hiring a Part-Time Primary Therapist to carry a caseload in our evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Marlton, New Jersey. This role is built for a licensed clinician who wants meaningful part-time evening hours and the ability to own a caseload from intake through discharge. You will run the clinical core of the night program — individual sessions, group facilitation, and treatment planning — for adults working toward recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a closely related field
  • Active New Jersey clinical license — one of the following: LCSW, LPC, or LAC
  • Experience providing individual and group therapy to adults with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders
  • Working knowledge of IOP/outpatient levels of care and ASAM criteria
  • Proficiency with treatment planning, clinical documentation, and electronic health records (EHR)
  • Ability to work the evening IOP schedule (approximately 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, 3 nights per week) on-site in Marlton, NJ
  • Strong crisis-assessment, de-escalation, and clinical-judgment skills
  • Understanding of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • LCSW or LPC (independent clinical license)
  • Prior experience as a primary therapist in an IOP, PHP, or residential SUD setting
  • Experience facilitating evening or evening-weekend group programming
  • Familiarity with evidence-based modalities: CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention
  • LCADC or CADC in addition to the clinical license
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
