Custodial Technician
Ecoverde Cleaning is hiring Custodial Technicians to provide professional cleaning services in a community center environment including offices, meeting rooms, public areas, restrooms, and special event spaces.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize public spaces, offices, restrooms, and meeting rooms.
- Vacuum, mop, and maintain floor surfaces.
- Clean glass, windows, and doors.
- Remove trash and recycling.
- Assist with event setup and post-event cleaning.
- Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks.
- Respond to emergency cleaning needs when required.
Qualifications
- Janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
