Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities (grooming, dressing, meal prep)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support mobility and ensure safety
- Light housekeeping and errands
- Follow care plans and report observations
- Maintain confidentiality and respect client dignity
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required. Training provided
- Empathy, patience, and reliability
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Must pass background checks
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
