Connected Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week travel assignment with one of our trusted healthcare partners in Akron, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated CNA who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while gaining valuable travel experience.
Position Details
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week)
Shift: Nights (6:00 PM 6:00 AM)
Location: Akron, Colorado
Assignment Type: Travel Contract
Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and personal hygiene.
Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in condition to the nursing team.
Measure and accurately document vital signs.
Assist with patient mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
Document patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient-centered care.
Qualifications
Current and active Colorado CNA certification (or eligibility to work in Colorado).
Minimum of 1 year of travel CNA experience required.
Current BLS certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
