As an Evening Shift LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while promoting a positive and supportive environment within our community.

About the Role

As an Evening Shift LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and performing routine nursing tasks. You will also be expected to document patient information, communicate with other healthcare professionals, and maintain a clean and orderly patient care environment. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and you must be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively to meet the needs of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Document patient information and chart progress

• Communicate with other healthcare professionals and family members

• Maintain a clean and orderly patient care environment

• Perform routine nursing tasks, such as vital sign checks and wound care

• Participate in care planning and resident assessments

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift or move patients and equipment as needed
