Job Description:

Reporting to the Parts Director, this position will work dock to dock working auto parts orders for delivery drivers. manage/monitor deliveries/pick-ups to ensure on-time and successful delivery execution for each order, data entry, inventory, pull/stock parts orders, engage in driver communication and other duties as needed.

Job duties & functions include:

• Dock to Dock unloading/loading

• Entering order information with utmost accuracy

• Assists with stocking/pulling auto parts

• Performs invoice research as requested by the customer

• General housekeeping tasks as required

• Follow all safety codes and maintains safe and clean working area

• Performing all additional duties as directed by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass Background and Drug Screen

• High school diploma or GED

• Prefer at least one year of dispatching experience - previous automotive experience preferred

• Must be comfortable on a computer and proficient with Microsoft products

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Strong organizational, multitasking and attention to detail skills

• Operates with sense of teamwork

• Strong work ethic

• On-time attendance and dependability are a must
