Direct Support Professional (DSP)Location: N 50th St, Philadelphia, PA 19131 Pay Rate: $15/hour
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Every Other Weekend: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide quality home care assistance for an elderly lady in a comfortable residential setting. If you are patient, dependable, and passionate about making a difference, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with transfers and mobility support
- Provide personal care, including diaper changes
- Support activities of daily living
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Follow the individualized care plan
Qualifications:
- Previous DSP or caregiving experience preferred
- Ability to safely perform physical tasks such as transfers
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass all required background checks
