About the Role:
We are currently seeking friendly and energetic individuals to join our team as waitstaff at Wow! Zone Family Entertainment Center in Mankato, MN. As a member of our waitstaff, you will play a key role in creating a fun and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Take and deliver food and drink orders to guests
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Must be at least 18 years of age
