We are seeking a motivated welder to join a family-owned business that values a positive, supportive, and safe work environment.
Responsibilities include reading blueprints, selecting welding methods, operating MIG/TIG equipment, preparing parts, and setting up robotic welding cells to meet quality and production goals.
Qualifications include experience with welding tools, reading technical drawings, and attention to safety and quality standards.
Preferred certifications are AWS D1.1 & D1.3; minimum qualifications include an AAS in Welding Technology or two years of welding experience.
Work is on second shift (4:30PM-3AM, Mon-Thu) with potential overtime. Compensation ranges from $21-$26/hr DOE. Benefits include holiday pay, 401k match, insurance options, PPE reimbursement, paid time off, and overtime opportunities.
