Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.Proactively source, qualify, and convert leads for weddings, corporate retreats, wellness programs, and catered banquet events.Conduct inspiring, highly professional on-site property tours for prospective brides, event planners, and executive decision-makers.Draft precise estimates, custom catering proposals, and binding group agreements that maximize Food & Beverage (F&B) flow-through and room night yields.Partner closely with Resort Operations to hand off seamless event logistics, banquet event orders (BEOs), and client specifications.Stay ahead of regional hospitality trends, actively targeting drive-market corporate buyers and association planners across Northern and Southern California.Manage daily sales pipelines independently with high accountability, while collaborating daily with property leadership to meet property-wide revenue targets. QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
