Event Ambassador

CTS SERVICES is seeking friendly, motivated and outgoing smiling faces to add to our experienced team of Event Ambassadors. The selected candidates must exhibit a genuine passion for creating a positive experience when helping people,  and demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively while representing the event and CTS Services in a practical and professional manner.

CTS SERVICES is looking for Ambassadors who will be passionate about our vision and mission to create a safe and enjoyable environmentfor all guests.

Experience:

• High school diploma/GED equivilant
• Customer service 5 years (Preferred)
• Advanced computer skills/programs (Preferred)
• Key touch entry

Responsibilities:

• Standing.
• Data Entry
• Assist with seating.
• Scan/print badges
• Support safety by reporting overcrowding.
• Distribute promotional material

Skills:

• Typing and Computer skills a PLUS
• Excellent customer service skills
• Expert attention to detail 
• Integrity and professionalism
• Data entry experience (Preferred).

• Mon-Fri
• Weekends (As Needed)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift 
• 8 hour
• 10 hour
• 12 hour

Work Location: New Orleans,La., Baton Rouge La., and surrounding areas
