Are you a strategic community builder who believes that every child deserves the mental health support they need to thrive? The Catalpa Foundation is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Event and Engagement Manager to join our mission of expanding pediatric mental health and wellness across Northeast Wisconsin. In this vital role, you will be the driving force behind the events and community initiatives that fund life-changing clinical care, raise awareness, and build deep, lasting partnerships with stakeholders throughout the Fox Valley.
As our Event and Engagement Manager, you won’t just manage logistics—you will design experiences that inspire advocacy and philanthropy. From orchestrating high-energy fundraising events like our signature annual Pop! event to managing community outreach programs, your work will directly impact thousands of children and families annually.
