Lead planning and execution for chapter?wide events, including annual conventions, retreats, and signature programs.
Coordinate logistics for regional events, providing registration support, materials preparation, and onsite assistance when needed.
Manage member onboarding activities, including CRM record creation, communications, and orientation coordination.
Track sponsorships, registrations, budgets, contracts, and post?event deliverables within the CRM system.
Partner with marketing and leadership teams to produce event communications, materials, signage, and branding assets.
Communicate timelines, assignments, and expectations to staff, volunteers, vendors, and venue partner

Type: Contract To be a champion in this role, you will need:
Experience coordinating events, meetings, or programs with multiple stakeholders and moving parts
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and competing priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working within CRM or database systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow?up skills
Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage contracts and logistics effectively
Proactive, detail?oriented mindset with the ability to problem?solve and adapt quickly
