What your future day will look like: - Lead planning and execution for chapter?wide events, including annual conventions, retreats, and signature programs.
- Coordinate logistics for regional events, providing registration support, materials preparation, and onsite assistance when needed.
- Manage member onboarding activities, including CRM record creation, communications, and orientation coordination.
- Track sponsorships, registrations, budgets, contracts, and post?event deliverables within the CRM system.
- Partner with marketing and leadership teams to produce event communications, materials, signage, and branding assets.
- Communicate timelines, assignments, and expectations to staff, volunteers, vendors, and venue partner

To be a champion in this role, you will need:- Experience coordinating events, meetings, or programs with multiple stakeholders and moving parts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working within CRM or database systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow?up skills
- Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage contracts and logistics effectively
- Proactive, detail?oriented mindset with the ability to problem?solve and adapt quickly
