We are strategic and creative storytellers serving clients spanning from Fortune 500 brands to start-up companies. Our event team works in combination with our other disciplines to execute media and consumer events tied to product launches, trade shows, mobile tours, grand openings and activations around major cultural events such as the Super Bowl.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Event Apprentice to join our team on a full-time, three-month contract, with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance. This role is ideal for an entry-level event professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and takes pride in delivering exceptional event experiences.
As an Event Apprentice, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events and experiential marketing programs from concept through completion. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with excellence.

WHAT IS THE BRAND AMP APPRENTICE PROGRAM?
Our Apprenticeship Program is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience, not busy work. Apprentices become active contributors to their teams, supporting day-to-day operations, conducting research, assisting with project coordination, developing internal resources, and helping drive key initiatives forward. Whether supporting events, marketing, public relations, social media, or other departments, apprentices gain real-world exposure to agency life, build practical skills, and work alongside experienced professionals on projects that make a tangible impact. It's an opportunity to learn while developing a strong foundation for a future career in the industry.
WHAT SKILLS ARE NEEDED?
0-1 years of relevant event experience
Ability to problem solve, think on your feet, and deal with adversity.
As a key addition to the Events team duties include onsite support, research and vendor coordination, permitting, building presentations, as well as scheduling appointments and meetings, managing budgets, building recaps and other duties as assigned
Effective writing skills
Excellent verbal skills
Mastery of MS Office, Google Suite, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities
Supports day-to-day project management
Owns the relationship with assigned vendors
Responsible for briefing managers and Department Leads
Helps manage and update all project tracking documents (master tracker, budget, ROS, contact sheet, etc.)
Helps source and manage vendors
Help secure the event permit, COI, etc.
Supports event material development
Helps coordinates travel, secure supplies, prep client facing documents and updates
Provides onsite support if needed
