Join a nonprofit team as an Administrative Assistant supporting event coordination for a major fundraising event.
In this role, you'll handle communication with sponsors, vendors, and volunteers, manage records, coordinate schedules, and assist with registration and on-site logistics.
Experience with platforms like Cvent and GiveButter is preferred.
Requirements include a high school diploma, 1-3 years supporting events or administration, proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and availability to work onsite on 5/29 at Fenway Park until 8:30 pm.
This position offers $24/hour and provides an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while developing your event and administrative skills.
