Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, presenting products and services, and creating engaging customer experiences in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with promotional events and sales activities.
• Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales.
• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies.
• Build positive customer relationships and create engaging event experiences.
• Support individual and team sales goals during events.
• Participate in ongoing sales and professional development training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to learn sales techniques.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable and adaptable.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
