This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, brand promotions, public relations, customer engagement, and live events. No previous experience is required — paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.
As an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will support promotional events and marketing campaigns while helping create positive and memorable experiences for customers and event attendees.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of live marketing events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations
- Support event setup, displays, promotional materials, and on-site event activities
- Engage directly with customers and event attendees to promote client brands, products, and services
- Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement during live events
- Build positive relationships with customers, clients, and team members
- Assist with presentations, outreach efforts, and promotional initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service in fast-paced event environments
- Maintain organized event materials, reports, and marketing documentation
- Perform administrative support tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and record management
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a professional and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
