Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of live events and promotional campaigns
- Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, scheduling, and staff coordination
- Communicate with clients to understand event goals, timelines, and expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and resolving concerns professionally
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and external partners to ensure seamless event operations
- Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, creative, and production teams
- Manage on-site event activities, guest registration, attendee engagement, and event flow
- Troubleshoot real-time event challenges and provide quick, effective solutions
- Organize event materials, supplies, and resources to ensure operational success
- Collect attendee and client feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in preparing post-event reports, performance insights, and campaign evaluations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in event planning, event coordination, hospitality, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required
