Event Coordinator - Board Member

The Event Coordinator must be local to Massachusetts.

They work with alongside other team members to provide exceptional domestic violence (DV) awareness events, year round. Events have happened annually for years and we need someone that can follow the blueprints for each of them from planning to execution.

The in-person events are hosted at end of February, mid June and end of October during DV Awareness Month. Others are virtual events that happen in December and October.

Professionalism, a solid time committment, proven track record in securing event sponsorships, the ability to cultivate relationships, and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs and priorities of our growing organization are essential.

Prior experience event planning for large scale events, securing event sponsorships and serving on a non-profit board are favorable.
