Job Summary
The Marketing Events Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows and customer-focused engagements. This role involves end-to-end coordination of event logistics, vendor management, and on-site support to ensure successful event delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing events such as trade shows and customer events
- Coordinate event logistics, including registration, attendee tracking, and reporting
- Manage event materials, presentations, and pre/post-event evaluations
- Procure and coordinate vendor services for events
- Organize facility setup, exhibits, equipment, and catering requirements
- Provide on-site event support to ensure smooth execution
- Research and evaluate potential event locations and venues
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships with peers, customers, and vendors
- Present project updates and event-related information when required

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree (required)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event coordination or marketing

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Experience coordinating logistics and vendor management
