We are looking for an experienced event coordinator familiar with the industry's best practices in private event sales and marketing. Candidates are expected to have a deep understanding of the Miami social scene and highly competitive nature of the local industry,

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the Hospitality industry is fundamental for this key role
  • Expertise in Events/Sales/Marketing with proven experience in the field
  • Familiar with Event Management platforms such as such as Tripple Seat
  • Lead generation and outreach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
  • Previous management experience specifically in events and catering
  • Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and cultivate key business relationships with clients
  • Ability to prove consistent business results in previous roles
  • Self-driven and enthusiastic personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and keen on organization
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • Professional, polished appearance
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
