We are supporting our client on a search for an Event Coordinator who will own the calendar of investor events, client dinners, conferences, and offsites for a respected finance firm in NYC. This is a high-trust, high-visibility seat where you will work alongside investor relations, marketing, and senior leadership to deliver experiences that matter.

You will work hybrid out of a beautiful NYC office three days per week. We are open to event coordinators from financial services, hospitality and venue managers ready to move in-house, and corporate events professionals from agencies or consultancies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute investor events, client dinners, panels, and offsites across NYC and beyond
  • Manage venue sourcing, contracts, catering, AV, and on-site logistics
  • Coordinate guest lists, RSVPs, and white-glove communications with clients and investors
  • Partner with marketing and IR on event branding, collateral, and follow-up
  • Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and post-event reporting
  • Run on-site execution including check-in, signage, and live troubleshooting
  • Maintain the firm-wide events calendar and conference schedule
  • Help plan annual flagship events including investor day, AGM, and team offsites

Requirements

  • 2 plus years of corporate events, hospitality, or conference coordination experience
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and grace under pressure
  • Comfort with vendor negotiations and budget management
  • Polished written and verbal communication
  • Hybrid presence in the NYC office at least three days per week
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
