Event Coordinator Details:

  • Direct hire position
  • $60,000.00/annually
  • Full time work available
  • Salaried
  • Owns execution of PX customer education workshops and serves as liaison between internal teams, colleges, and clinics.
  • Manages event timelines, speaker/travel logistics, shipments, and on-site readiness while ensuring brand and content standards are met.
  • Acts as primary contact for college/clinic partners, handling communications, training support, and stipends.
  • Partners with Marketing and Customer Success to drive registration, validate data, and support outreach.
  • Accountable for attendance reconciliation within 48 hours and delivery of ROI reports within one week, including survey insights and recommendations.
  • Success requires strong project management, logistics coordination, and stakeholder communication, with ability to manage multiple events while maintaining high execution standards.

Event Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of event coordination, workshop delivery, or higher-education/clinic support experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multi-stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with logistics, travel coordination, and event technology/registration systems
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret surveys, and deliver actionable insights
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
