West Sound Workforce is assisting Kitsap Pride in hiring Event Laborers for a one-day assignment following their annual Pride celebration in Bremerton. Enjoy the energy of one of Kitsap's largest community celebrations while earning extra income supporting the post-event breakdown.
Reporting to the Event Coordinator, you'll work alongside a crew to safely dismantle event equipment, load materials, and help transport and organize supplies following the event. If you enjoy working hands-on as part of a team and don't mind rolling up your sleeves, we'd love to hear from you!
Shift information:
One-day assignment
Saturday evening
4-hour minimum guaranteed
What you will do:
Assist with the breakdown of event equipment, including tables, chairs, tents, and other event materials
Load equipment and supplies into U-Haul trucks
Help unload and organize materials at an off-site storage unit
Lift, carry, and move event equipment safely
Work collaboratively with fellow crew members to complete the project efficiently
What we are looking for:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
Comfortable performing physical work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and ready to work at the scheduled start time
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset
Previous event, moving, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
