Event Logistics Assistant (On-Site) – Montauk, New York

We’re looking for a reliableEvent Logistics Assistantto support our team during an on-site event inMontauk, New York. This is a hands-on role focused on event setup, logistics, and breakdown. You’ll be assisting the team with transporting materials, organizing equipment, and ensuring event operations run smoothly.

Event Dates

• July 28–30
• Must be available for all three days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting event materials and equipment.
• Help carry boxes, supplies, and other event assets throughout the venue.
• Support event setup, organization, and breakdown.
• Keep storage and staging areas organized.
• Assist the team with general logistical tasks as needed throughout the event.

Requirements

• Must be local to or able to commute toMontauk, New York.
• Previous experience working at live events, conferences, festivals, trade shows, or similar events.
• Able to safely lift and carry heavy boxes and equipment.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
