We are seeking an Event Logistics Coordinator to support the planning and management of experiential marketing activities for our Dew Across America account. This is a full-time TEMPORARY role with an anticipated contract date range of June-November 2026.

In this role, you will be responsible for warehousing, shipping, and inventory management of marketing materials and equipment. At times, this role will require assisting in executing experiential marketing initiatives, including project planning. This role requires some travel to events across the country.

Successful candidates will have knowledge of experiential marketing and project management experience.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in project management, planning and execution
• Proficiency in all MS Office programs
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions when presented with unplanned challenges
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel for business on weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to exert physical effort for extended periods of time

This is a full-time temporary salaried position based in Winooski, VT running approximately June-November 2026. Compensation is expected to fall within an annualized range of $49,000-$52,000, prorated and paid bi-weekly over the duration of the assignment.
