Event Management Trainee - Entry Level

We are hiring an Entry-Level Event Management Trainee to join our growing team supporting live events, nonprofit campaigns, community outreach, and in-person marketing initiatives.

This is a full-time entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to gain hands-on experience in event management, event marketing, customer engagement, public relations, and community outreach.

No previous experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What You#39;ll Do

• Assist with live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach programs
• Help with event setup, signage, materials, registration areas, and event breakdown
• Represent nonprofit organizations and community-focused campaigns at in-person events
• Speak with attendees, answer questions, and provide information about campaigns and programs
• Support event activities and help create a positive experience for attendees
• Work with team members to meet event, outreach, and campaign goals
• Assist with tracking attendance, collecting feedback, and completing basic event reports
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
