We're looking for an experienced Event Manager to work on a per-event basis, producing our schedule of prestigious events, ranging from intimate social gatherings to our world-renowned Signature parties. You will be working alongside and supported by our East Coast Community Manager.Job RequirementsManage and coordinate Signature parties (up to 75 guests)Manage and coordinate Mini Skirt events (25-50 guests)Flexible availability for additional events throughout the yearCommitment to being present at events under your managementSource and liaise with performer, speaker and venue to align with agreed themeOversee budget (forecast profits, reconcile finances, process invoices and expenses)Organise and liaise with bar staff and hostessesSet-up, run, close and clean-up eventsExcellent time management and communication skillsManaging multiple projects independentlyExperience working within and managing teamsConfidence in public speaking and hostingAn understanding of, and alignment with the Skirt Club brand and party etiquetteSupport for personal growth & development goalsCompetitive per-event feeWork with a team of powerful and influential womenExperience of flexible, fast-paced environmentHigh level of independence and space for creative expressionAbout YouWe want Skirt Club champions that share the same values that we stand behind.
