Description

  • Plan, manage, and execute mid- to high-complexity marketing and experiential events from concept through post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate all event workstreams, including content development, creative activations, registration, communications, venue logistics, and budget management.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to create strategic event plans aligned with commercial objectives and audience insights.
  • Oversee end-to-end event execution, ensuring adherence to brand standards, business goals, and budget requirements.
  • Evaluate event performance and lead post-event debriefs to measure brand impact and overall success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Content, Multimedia, Digital Events, and Facilities to deliver seamless event experiences.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Support senior stakeholders and contribute to innovative, experience-driven event strategies.

Profile

A successful Event Manager should have:

    • 3+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, brand activations, or event management.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple complex events and projects simultaneously from planning through execution.
    • Strong project management, organizational, and budget management skills.
    • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business objectives into impactful event experiences.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
    • Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management platforms such as Cvent.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapting to changing priorities.
    • Willing and able to travel approximately 50% for event execution.
    • Experience within financial services or another large, complex global organization is preferred.
