Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication - Serve as the main point of contact from planning to post-event, ensuring clear communication and personalized service throughout.

• Event Coordination - Lead pre-event meetings, oversee Banquet Event Orders, manage timelines, and ensure seamless execution across all departments.

• Operational Planning - Manage group room blocks, meeting space assignments, and event details using industry tools like Marriott Global Source and Passkey.

• Revenue & Budget Management - Monitor budgets, maximize upselling opportunities, and ensure events meet both client expectations and financial goals.

• Guest Experience - Address feedback promptly, resolve issues effectively, and continually seek ways to enhance the overall event experience.
