We are seeking an Event Operations Manager to oversee and execute exceptional events in a lively entertainment environment.
Responsibilities include
- hosting and managing event staff to ensure seamless setup and guest satisfaction,
- collaborating with sales and operations to create memorable experiences,
- building personal connections with clients,
- using guest feedback to improve service,
- forecasting staffing needs, and
- training and counseling team members.
Ideal candidates have - 1+ year management experience,
- 2+ years as a banquet captain,
- a bachelor’s degree,
- and knowledge of hospitality, event planning, and POS systems.
They should be flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. The role offers a salary of $56k-$58k plus commission, with performance incentives and benefits.
Physical demands involve standing, walking, and lifting objects in a vibrant entertainment setting.
