We are currently hiring an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity ideal for recent graduates, career changers, and motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, promotions, public relations, customer engagement, fundraising, and communications.
No previous experience is required — we provide comprehensive paid training, one-on-one mentorship, and clear opportunities for advancement into leadership and management roles.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and execution of live marketing events and community outreach campaigns
- Represent nonprofit organizations and brand partners professionally at events and promotions
- Engage with event attendees and provide information about campaigns, services, and charitable initiatives
- Support fundraising and donor outreach efforts
- Build positive relationships with customers and community members
- Collaborate with the marketing and events team to achieve campaign goals
- Help track campaign performance and public engagement
- Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training workshops
