Event Marketing Assistant

We are hiring an Event Marketing Assistant to support the planning and delivery of in-person brand activations, promotional events, and customer-facing campaigns across the Dallas area. This is a fully on-site role focused on live event execution, customer engagement, and team coordination — no remote work.

\n

\n

You will be involved throughout the event lifecycle, from coordinating initial plans and logistics to supporting on-site execution and reviewing event results. You will also work closely with team members to help ensure each activation runs smoothly and delivers a strong customer experience.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

• Coordinate the delivery of marketing events, community activations, and field campaigns across Dallas

\n

• Support on-site teams during events and interact directly with clients and customers

\n

• Coordinate with venues, vendors, and internal teams to keep event plans on schedule

\n

• Maintain brand standards, messaging, and a consistent customer experience

\n

• Track event activity and prepare post-event reports with key results and observations

\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

• Degree in Marketing, Events Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

\n

• Experience in events, promotions, marketing, sales, or another customer-facing environment

\n

• Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills

\n

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully on-site environment

\n

• Able to manage multiple priorities and take initiative during live events

\n
