Event Marketing & Communications Assistant – Entry Level

We’re hiring Entry-Level Event Marketing & Communications Assistants to support live events, fundraising campaigns, community outreach, and promotional activities for nonprofit and charitable organizations.

No previous marketing, communications, or event experience is required. Paid training, hands-on coaching, and professional development are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nonprofit organizations at live events and community activities
• Engage with attendees, donors, and community members
• Share information about campaigns, programs, and events
• Support fundraising, promotions, and customer engagement
• Assist with event setup, registration, and onsite activities
• Distribute promotional materials and campaign information
• Work with team members to achieve event and outreach goals
• Participate in training and professional development

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
