Event Operations Supervisor - LSU - LSU Athletic Venues and Events

Job Description

The Warehouse Event Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing all event-day warehouse and operational activities, including supervising staff, coordinating logistics, and managing inventory to ensure seamless execution. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment while delivering a high-quality experience for guests, clients, and employees through effective planning, communication, and hands-on leadership during events.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate event staff before, during, and after events
• Ensure event setups, breakdowns, and timelines are executed properly
• Monitor staff performance and provide direction, coaching, and support
• Enforce safety, security, and company policies at all times
• Address and resolve guest concerns or operational issues promptly
• Communicate with managers, clients, and venue partners regarding event needs
• Assist with inventory control, equipment usage, and operational logistics
• Complete event reports and documentation as required
• Ensure compliance with Aramark standards, local regulations, and venue policies

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
• Prior supervisory or lead experience, preferably in events, hospitality, or operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required during events

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
