Launch Entertainment is hiring a full-time Event Sales & Experience Coordinator to lead our birthday parties and group events - one of the biggest and fastest-growing parts of our business.
This role is ideal for someone who's outgoing, organized, sales-minded, and excited to grow revenue while leading a fun, energetic team.
What You'll Do
- Own birthday parties and group events from booking to execution
- Drive event sales, upgrades, and repeat bookings
- Help families plan memorable celebrations
- Upsell party packages, food, and add-ons
- Lead and motivate party hosts and event staff
- Ensure every event delivers an incredible guest experience
- Promote events and help grow community awareness

- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Background in events, hospitality, entertainment, sales, or customer service preferred
