Your goal is to generate leads and appointments for our sales team while representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.This entry‑level, part‑time position offers paid training and a chance to build valuable skills in sales, negotiation, strategic planning and closing techniques. Direct event marketing experience is a plus but not required.Typical Event Day OverviewLocation/Transportation Requirements: must travel to various event locations such as home shows, community festivals, craft shows and other local events with high foot traffic. Reliable transportation is essential.Setup & Physical Requirements: set up branded booths or displays, lift and transport items up to 50 pounds.Engagement: actively approach attendees, initiate conversations and introduce company products or services.Lead Capture: gather customer information, answer questions and qualify leads for follow‑up.Brand Representation: maintain a professional, friendly demeanor and ensure a positive brand perception.Duration: events typically last several hours, often requiring standing and interacting for up to 8 hours.Schedule: most events occur on weekends or evenings.We're hiring in the Cincinnati metroregion and surrounding areas.Core Role ResponsibilitiesEnthusiastic communication with a customer audience to generate complimentary in‑home appointments for homeowners to help generate revenue.Create on‑site event buzz and promote brand knowledge by following prescribed procedures and messaging.Use qualifying sheets and scripts to resolve customer questions and concerns.Adjust on‑site marketing and sales tactics according to current KPI targets.Daily set‑up, maintenance, operation and presentation of on‑site marketing programs to maximize brand exposure.Work in an event environment requiring standing for long periods.Attend events as schedule dictates and manage marketing collateral setup and breakdown.Part‑time schedule, including weekdays and weekends.Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand for long periods, up to 6 hours during event.Preferred Qualifications1+ years' experience in sales, lead generation or similar.Ability to present information to customers and employees in one‑to‑one, small or large group settings.Fluency in a second language is an asset.Additional Job RequirementsAvailability to work evenings and weekends, minimum two weekends per month (Friday through Sunday).Reliable transportation to travel to and from event locations.What We OfferPaid training.Competitive pay plus uncapped commissions (up to $50 per lead).Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.A supportive team culture where your contributions matter.Mileage reimbursement at 49 cents per mile (round‑trip travel from home to event).This job is similar to: Retail Sales Associate, Brand Ambassador, Field Marketing Representative, Event Coordinator, Product Demonstrator, Store Promotions Coordinator, Customer Engagement Specialist, Trade Show Representative.Ready to connect with customers and grow your career?
