Job Duties and
Responsibilities: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b> Essential

- Maintain
a working knowledge of all emergency policies, procedures,
and regulations; respond immediately to emergency alarms
or calls for help, determine course of action, notify
appropriate authorities and assist as

Access to designated

and Report” all incidents and accidents. Confront and
resolve incidents to successful

diligent and vigilant in security and safety

<\/li> - Develop
and recommend new procedures and approaches to safety and
loss prevention based on reports of incidents, accidents,
and other relevant

- Be
proactive in obtaining information in regard to post
orders, revisions, and daily event needs, (i.e. parking
list, and access
changes).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

security/safety improvements that benefit the company’s
assets, visitors, tenants, and employees as directed.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>
MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications
which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the

- Minimum
of 18 years of age.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Must
be willing to submit to a background and drug screening
where required; any offer of employment is conditioned
upon the successful completion of a background
investigation. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Security,
military, or law enforcement experience preferred
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Ability
to obtain security guard license.Security Guard license is
required<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - High
School Diploma and/or equivalent.

<\/span><\/li> - CPR
and First Aid Certification a
