We are seeking a Trade Show Event Coordinator who will assist in coordinating all aspects of our client's hospitality during their trade show program and provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties;
Coordinate trade show shipping logistics
Order client trade show services
Partner with business development managers (BDM) to manage client accounts
Effectively communicate with team members throughout the trade show process
Typical hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday, (with some weekends needed during shows) flexible start time
Attend on average of 2 - 6 tradeshows a year
Requirements
Some college or equivalent experience
Very comfortable with technology
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to handle the pressure of a deadline sensitive environment
Quick learner, willing to learn trade show industry
Ability to work overtime during busy season, field occasional weekend calls
Light lifting
Travel to trade shows when necessary
