Summary

Join our team of elite hospitality professionals at the state of the art, KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona. KPMG Lakehouse boasts 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 square feet of multi-purpose meeting space, 24 lounges, along with 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500+ seat three meal venue that features 8 diverse culinary experiences.

The Event Set-Up Houseperson is primarily responsible for, but not limited to, setting up, breaking down and refreshing meeting and event space with tables, chairs, etc. This position will communicate with colleagues, participants, and business partners.  The Event Set-up team services sleeping room floor lounges daily including restocking, cleaning and tracking consumption of drinks and snacks. The team performs all cleaning and sanitizing needs for the meeting space and lounges and distributes training materials as needed.

Qualifications

• A true desire to deliver exceptional service while in maintaining participant meeting rooms, lounges and public areas
• Ability to professionally communicate with facility colleagues, participants, and business partners
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight for the duration of shift
• Ability to walk and stand for duration of shift
• Full/open schedule availability required including day-time, evenings and weekends, pending business levels
