Event Setup Crew - Reno, NV (Temporary Project 3/21-3/25) - Woodland Urban Interface Company: Special Event Management Job Description Special Event Management is hiring reliable event setup crew members for a multi-day trade show in Reno, NV. This is hands-on, physical event work setting up a ballroom for a large expo. Duties include: Building pipe and drape Installing visqueen (plastic floor protection so vehicles can drive inside) Setting up and arranging booths Setting tables (approx. 100+) and chairs General event setup and strike This is temporary project-based work with opportunity for future events. Requirements Must be reliable and show up on time Comfortable with physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs) Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Experience with event setup, warehouse, construction, or trade shows preferred Steel-toe boots required Must wear black pants Basic tools are a plus What We're Looking For We're looking for hardworking team players who take direction well and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
