**Overview** ABM is seeking a full-time Onsite Event Labor Support Event Coordinator. This position is designed to be an extension of the site facilities team and will perform various duties relative to the set-up and breakdown of events in the facility. They are responsible working under the direct supervision of the Labor Event Support Supervisor and work alongside the Client Event Team, answering work order requests, traveling from site to site, inspecting equipment for damage after use, and checking equipment against an inventory list, among other duties. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Basic Qualifications: - Must be 18 years of age or older - No high school diploma, GED or college degree required - Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license - At least one (1) year experience supporting mission critical environments - Hands on electrical or mechanical skill, and competence in the area of non-expertise - Operate and perform both routine and emergency service on a variety of state-of-the-art critical systems - CFC Certified - Universal - Knowledge and experience using basic computer applications Requirements: Flexible 8-hour shift Monday-Friday to accommodate events schedule (able to start as early as 6am and to end shift as late as 7pm). Proficient in Microsoft Outlook. Experience with Work Order Systems is a plus. Diligence and attention to detail. Fluent in English, excellent written, and verbal communication. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly. Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team. Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment. Any and all other duties as assigned by Client and Site Facilities Management. Job Responsibilities: Support all arrangements of furniture and event equipment requests for all events including but not limited to: training rooms, common spaces, conference rooms, cafe or outside amenities spaces. Execution of the work order lifecycle per internal and external KPIs. Creating Work orders (as needed) Work Order Acknowledgment (Pick up) - team deployment Check In/Out Picture and Notes Close work order Verify space capacities in all set styles, of all training rooms and common spaces at each local site. Communicating and responding to all event related emails, chimes, texts and/or calls. Attending internal and external weekly team meetings. Ensure event storage is kept clean, palletized, organized/labeled, and all event inventory makes it back to the correct storage post event. Inventory process includes and not limited to: Signing in/out and log any broken items for inventory tracking and proper placement Inspecting equipment for damage after use and checking it against an inventory list. Communicating supply needs and equipment removals. Ensuring excellent levels of customer service. Adhering to event safety standards and ensuring that seating arrangements adhere to fire code regulations. Provide event labor support across designated sites, including frequent travel to and from locations as required by work orders and operational needs Adjust work schedule proactively based on upcoming work orders and operational demands. Perform janitorial tasks as needed with the understanding the Event Labor Support Team Priorities (1. Events Set/Strikes, 2. facility management tasks, and 3.
