NuFace Home Improvements is one of the fastest-growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We offer custom bath remodeling solutions that enrich the lives of our customers with bathrooms that are attractive, durable, and maintenance-free.
We are seeking energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors/Event Demonstrators for the Berlin, CT market and surrounding areas to join our growing team. Customer service experience is a plus, as you will interact with event attendees, educate them about our products, and generate quality sales leads for our team.
Compensation
- $15.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
- Plus commission and performance-based bonuses for qualified appointments and lead generation
- Paid training provided
Essential Duties
- Attract visitors and represent the company at trade shows, fairs, expos, and events
- Promote products and provide basic product information to attendees
- Generate leads and schedule in-home consultation appointments
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout events
- Ensure booth cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
- Engage passers-by and encourage participation and interaction
- Explain key product features and benefits
- Collect contact information and secure entry forms
- Submit daily leads and event results to the Event Coordinator
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to scheduled events
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Availability to work weekends
- Customer service, retail sales, marketing, or promotional experience is a plus
