Role Description The Event Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Arvada, CO, responsible for executing retail events that promote client brands and drive customer engagement. This role includes planning event details, setting up and breaking down displays, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring all materials and products are prepared and presented according to brand standards. The Event Specialist interacts directly with shoppers, provides product information, answers questions, and encourages trial or purchase through demonstrations and sampling. Daily responsibilities also include tracking event performance, completing post-event reports, collaborating with store staff and Crossmark teammates, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused presence throughout each event.\n
