Job Title: Event Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team in Media with pay ranging from 60K-70K. As an Event Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events to ensure successful outcomes. This role requires excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a creative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of events from start to finish
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution
- Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas
- Manage event budgets and timelines
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with event partners
- Handle event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual setup
- Provide on-site event support and troubleshooting
- Evaluate event success and provide post-event analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
