Position Focus:
-Serves in front of house positions, including ushers, ticket-takers, concessionaires, and accessibility aids.
-Responsibilities include patron greeting, ticket scanning/collecting, seat assistance and program distribution, general building and area directional assistance, providing accessibility services, including elevator, ramp, and mobility device support, concessions service and sales, crowd evacuation assistance, outdoor greeting, and other duties as assigned by the House Manager or Assistant Director of Audience Services.
-The front of house staff works with the House Manager(s) to ensure excellent customer service, safety, and consistency of experience for all patrons.
Required Skills and Abilities
1:Have customer service experience (retail, food service, working with public, point-of sale, etc.).
2:Have an appreciation for theater arts.
3:Be available for a minimum of 2 shifts per production week.
4:Be willing to act in case of emergency.
