Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Event Staff to support promotional events, brand representation, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and creating positive experiences while supporting promotional goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with promotional events and customer engagement activities.
• Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers.
• Present products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support lead generation and sales activities during events.
• Assist with event setup, displays, promotional materials, and supplies.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage sales opportunities.
• Help distribute promotional information and materials.
• Support individual and team performance goals.
• Maintain an organized and professional event environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
