Event Setup & General Labor Associate

Pay Rate: $XX.XX/hr

Schedule: Varies based on event schedule (weekdays, weekends, and evenings may be required)

Job Duties:

• Assist with setting up and breaking down weddings, banquets, and special events.
• Load and unload floral arrangements, décor, furniture, and event equipment.
• Arrange event materials as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to ensure events are set up and completed on time.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
