Job Summary

We are seeking energetic Event Staff members to support promotional events, customer engagement, event preparation, and brand representation. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, participating in active environments, and contributing to successful customer-focused events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome attendees and provide friendly assistance.
• Present products and services in a professional manner.
• Answer questions and provide helpful information.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional event areas.
• Help organize event supplies and materials.
• Support customer engagement and lead generation activities.
• Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members.
• Assist coworkers with event-related tasks as needed.
• Support team goals during promotional events.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, friendly, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Comfortable performing hands-on event tasks.
• Previous event, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
